Sunday Escape – Iced Piña Colada Latte for a Vacation in a Glass

Sunday Escape – Iced Piña Colada Latte for a Vacation in a Glass

It’s Sunday afternoon, and you can already hear Monday sneaking around the corner, whispering about emails and alarm clocks. But not today. Today, you’re putting Monday in “do not disturb” mode and booking an instant trip to the tropics… without leaving your kitchen. This Iced Piña Colada Latte is creamy, coconutty, and pineapple-sweet — like a hug from a beach chair.

How to Make It:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tropical Piña Colada White Tea bag from HVTEA.com

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes

  • Pineapple wedge + shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Steep Tropical Piña Colada tea in hot water for 3–4 minutes, then remove the bag and let cool.

  2. Sweeten with honey or agave if desired, then refrigerate until chilled.

  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

  4. In a shaker or mixing glass, combine chilled tea, coconut milk, and pineapple juice. Shake or stir well until frothy.

  5. Pour over ice, top with a sprinkle of shredded coconut, and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

  6. Sip slowly, close your eyes, and pretend the “meeting invite” ping you just heard was actually a seagull.
