Sip Into Paradise: Passionfruit Pina Colada Mocktail with Tropical Pina Colada Happy Valley TeaWhite Tea

I was digging through the fridge, looking for something—anything—that tasted like summer. You know that feeling when you’re craving sunshine but the sky’s doing its best impression of a wet paper towel? That was me.

Then I spotted it: a chilled jar of Tropical Piña Colada White Tea from HVTEA, leftover from my "cold brew everything" experiment. The idea hit instantly: what if I paired it with the tang of passionfruit and the chill vibe of coconut water? One pour later, I had a glass of liquid golden hour. No flights, no flip-flops, just tropical peace in a cup.

This mocktail’s become my go-to for backyard daydreams, slow brunches, or anytime I want to pretend I’m on a quiet island with nothing on my schedule but a nap and a breeze.

How to Make It:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tropical Pina Colada HVTEA White Tea sachet

  • 1/2 cup hot water (175°F) for steeping

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (full fat for creaminess)

  • 1/4 cup passionfruit juice (fresh or store-bought) (Or chopped up)

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp agave or honey (optional, if you like it sweeter)

  • Ice

  • Pineapple slice + mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Brew the Base: Steep your Tropical Pina Colada white tea in hot water (175°F) for 3–4 minutes. Let it cool completely or chill it in the fridge. This tea blend brings the natural creaminess of coconut and pineapple right into your cup—think of it as the soul of your mocktail.

  1. Shake It Up: In a shaker (or mason jar), combine chilled tea, passionfruit juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and sweetener. Add ice and shake until frothy and cold.

  2. Pour & Serve: Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a sprig of mint for those tropical island vibes.

Flavor Notes:

  • The Tropical Pina Colada tea gives that creamy, pineapple-forward flavor without any added syrups.

  • Passionfruit juice brings the zing—bright, tangy, and juicy.

  • Coconut milk ties everything together with lush texture and a mellow finish.

  • A squeeze of lime sharpens all the flavors and makes them pop.
