Mom’s 10-Minute Escape: Citrus Mint Mojito Mocktail from Happy Valley Tea Company
You ever hide in the bathroom just to get 5 minutes alone?
Same! But here's a better escape plan: a Citrus Mint Mojito Mocktail that sips like a spa day and tastes like you don't have a to-do list.
Yesterday, I made this with one hand while bribing my toddler with Goldfish. Ten minutes later, I was sipping something bubbly, minty, and magically calming—like a beach breeze in my kitchen. No booze, no guilt, no “mom juice” jokes… just peace in a glass.
Citrus Mint Mojito Mocktail (Zero Booze, Max Vibe)

🌿 Ingredients:
-
1 Citrus Mint Mojito tea bag (Happy Valley, of course 😉)
-
½ cup boiling water
-
½ cup cold sparkling water
-
Juice of ½ lime
-
1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
-
Fresh mint leaves
-
Lime wedges & mint sprig (for garnish)

Ice
🧊 Instructions:
-
Steep it:
Brew 1 Citrus Mint Mojito tea bag in ½ cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Let cool slightly. -
Muddle the mint:
In a glass, gently muddle a few fresh mint leaves with lime juice and honey (if using). Think spa-day vibes, not smash-it-to-bits. -
Mix & chill:
Add ice to your glass, pour in the cooled tea, then top with sparkling water. -
Garnish & sip:
Add a lime wedge and a sprig of mint for that chef’s kiss finish. Stir it up and enjoy the citrusy, minty refresh.
